  • Purpose of links: some links do not provide sufficient context or have accessible names that are not very descriptive.

  • Headings and labels: some elements of the interface have accessible names or announcements that are mismatched with the content and language of the page.

  • Focus indicator: some interactive elements do not have a visible keyboard focus indicator.

  • Name of labels: some interactive elements have programmatic names that are inconsistent with the visible labels.

  • On focus: some dynamic components open automatically without explicit user action.

  • Error identification: in some cases error messages do not provide sufficiently clear or descriptive information.

  • Instructions and labels: some input fields do not have persistent visible labels.

  • Name, role and status of interactive elements: in various cases the display of the role, status and name of the controls is incorrect, resulting in difficulties with interpretation and use via screen readers

  • Status messages: some dynamic content is not properly announced to users of assistive technologies.
